- You independently handle ongoing payroll accounting for clients across a range of industries.
- You advise on employment law, wage tax and social security questions.

- Successfully completed payroll accounting examination. A completed employment law examination is an advantage.

- You contribute to annual financial statements and tax returns and, depending on experience, increasingly take them on independently.
- You look after and advise national and international clients on accounting and financial reporting matters.

Your responsibilities
- You advise national and international clients in various areas of business law - in particular corporate and company law, M&A transactions and business succession, as well as trade, real estate, employment and IP/IT law.
- You draft and review contracts, prepare opinions and other legal documents and analyse demanding legal and economic questions.
- Depending on your previous experience, you handle mandates independently - up to and including independent responsibility for individual advisory areas.

Remuneration
Notice pursuant to § 9 of the Austrian Equal Treatment Act (GlBG): there is no minimum remuneration for this position set by collective agreement or otherwise binding. For trainee attorneys we offer a monthly gross salary from EUR 3,500. Depending on stage of training, qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to pay more. For the position as attorney, remuneration is agreed individually and in line with the market, taking qualifications and experience into account.
