(01) Audit assistant (m/f/d)
Want to put your business knowledge into practice and looking for the perfect start in the world of auditing? Then you have come to the right place!
Your responsibilities
- Auditing national and international annual financial statements as part of a team - across industries and company sizes
- In-depth insight into corporate processes, and a feel for complex accounting and valuation issues
- Contributing to opinions and special audits
- Our digital, innovative approach to auditing - hands-on practice from day one
What we are looking for
- Degree nearing completion or already completed - ideally with a focus on auditing, financial reporting or review
- Solid knowledge of Austrian commercial law (UGB) and IFRS; initial practical experience is a plus
- Analytical thinking, a sense of ownership and enjoyment of client contact

Your responsibilities
- Independent, self-directed tax advisory support for national and international clients
- Preparing tax opinions and developing tax-optimised concepts
- Supervising and preparing annual financial statements and tax returns
- Liaising with authorities and public bodies
What we are looking for
- Degree completed or in progress in business, law or a related field
- Strong IT affinity and adaptability
- Very good English and German skills; BMD experience an advantage
(03) Tax advisor (m/f/d)
As a tax advisor, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support of your own clients and will assist our team with all matters relating to a mid-sized tax advisory firm.
Your responsibilities
- Independent, self-directed tax advisory support for national and international clients
- Tax opinions and tax-optimised concepts
- Supervising and preparing annual financial statements and tax returns
- Liaising with authorities and public bodies
What we are looking for
- Passed tax advisor examination, or nearing completion of the examination process
- Strong IT affinity; very good English and German skills
- BMD experience an advantage
(04) Payroll accountant (m/f/d)
As a payroll specialist, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support of your own clients and will assist our team with all matters relating to payroll accounting.
Your responsibilities
- Independent management of ongoing payroll for clients across a wide range of industries
- Comprehensive advice on employment law and payroll-related matters
- Liaising with authorities and public bodies
What we are looking for
- Passed payroll accounting examination
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of employment law; BMD experience an advantage
(05) Senior accountant (m/f/d)
As a senior accountant, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support of your own clients and will assist our team with all matters relating to financial reporting.
Your responsibilities
- From supporting to independently preparing annual financial statements for national and international clients
- Comprehensive advice on accounting and financial reporting matters
- Liaising with authorities and public bodies
What we are looking for
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong IT affinity and adaptability
- Commercial training, senior accountant qualification and BMD experience an advantage
(06) Accountant (m/f/d)
As an accountant, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support of your own clients and will assist our team with all matters relating to financial reporting.
Your responsibilities
- Independent management of ongoing bookkeeping
- Preparation of monthly VAT returns
- Digital processing of client documents
- Personal and telephone contact with clients across a range of industries
What we are looking for
- Commercial training (HAK) and/or accounting qualification (WIFI, Academy of the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisors)
- Professional experience in accounting at a tax advisory firm
- MS Office skills; BMD knowledge an advantage
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
(07) Office Management
Do you enjoy being around people, organise things with passion and make others feel welcome? For our Vienna office, we are looking for support in the back office and at reception - you will play a key role in shaping the first impression of our firm.
Your responsibilities
- Reception and care of our clients and guests
- Organisation of day-to-day office life
